- Excellent plan for a family with two or more children 18 years old or younger, or still in high school

Exclusions and Limitations
This is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan, and cannot be used for:
*Plans run on a 12 continual month calendar beginning on the subscription date. Unused plans cannot be refunded.
- Supplementing with another dental plan
- Injuries, or services for injuries, covered under workman’s compensation
- Referrals to specialists
- Hospitalization or hospital charges
- Cost of dental care covered under automobile medical
